The Klees app for people who work at a computer. Clock in from the menu bar, and your hours land in the same timesheets as your field crews.

Not sure which one? Apple menu → About This Mac. A “Chip” starting with Apple means Apple silicon; an “Intel Core” processor means Intel.

Klees Desk is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so macOS opens it like any other trusted app — no security warning and no workaround. Double-click the download and drag it to Applications.

Installing

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg
  2. Drag Klees Desk into Applications
  3. Open it and sign in with your normal Klees email and password

There is no separate account and nothing extra to buy. Klees Desk updates itself from then on.

Windows

Windows 10 and 11. Most PCs are 64-bit Intel or AMD — pick that one unless you know your machine is ARM.

Signed with Azure Trusted Signing. A brand-new publisher has no SmartScreen reputation yet, so the first few downloads may still show “Windows protected your PC” — choose More info then Run anyway. That fades as installs add up.

Included in every plan. Klees Desk is the same seat as the mobile app — no separate charge and no add-on. Monitoring features are off until an owner turns them on, and every employee acknowledges a notice before anything is recorded. Read the documentation.
