Security at Klees

Klees handles workforce data — clock-ins, locations, and payroll exports. We take that responsibility seriously.

Transport & access

All traffic to Klees runs over HTTPS with modern TLS. Account access is authenticated per user, and company data is scoped to your organization — admins see only their own workspace.

Data handling

Location capture (PinShot) records position only at clock-in/clock-out events initiated by the worker, not continuous tracking. Details on what we store and for how long are in our Privacy Policy.

Responsible disclosure

Found a vulnerability? Email support@klees.app with the subject "Security". We read every report, respond as fast as we can, and will credit good-faith researchers who give us reasonable time to fix issues before public disclosure.

Data ownership

Your company’s data belongs to your company. Admins can export time entries and payroll reports at any time, and can request full export or deletion of the workspace when leaving the service — nothing is held hostage behind a sales call.
