Getting Support
Open a support ticket from inside Klees, follow the thread, and attach screenshots — replies arrive in the app and by email.
Updated August 2, 2026
Anyone signed in to Klees can reach the team directly — no separate portal, no support email to look up.
Opening a ticket
Click Support in the sidebar, then New ticket. Give it a subject, describe what happened and what you expected instead, and set a priority. Attach screenshots or a PDF if it helps — a screenshot of the screen you were on usually saves a round trip.
You’ll get a ticket number straight away.
Following the thread
The Support page lists your tickets with their current status. Open one to read the whole conversation and reply. Replies from the Klees team appear in the thread and also arrive by email, so you don’t have to sit on the page waiting.
What you can see
You only ever see your own tickets. Tickets are matched to the email address you sign in with, so a colleague opening a ticket about the same issue won’t appear in your list.
When your account is past due
Support stays reachable even if billing is behind. Being unable to pay is exactly when you need to talk to someone.
What happens on our side
Tickets from every Klees company land in one helpdesk, worked by the same team — so nothing sits in a queue nobody watches. Status changes and replies come back to you in the app.
