The phone app is the primary clock, but Klees supports two more ways to punch: the web clock (a My Clock page in the browser) and kiosk mode (one shared device the whole crew punches on).

Web clock (desktop)

Office staff and dispatchers can clock in from My Clock in the admin web app — no phone needed.

Turning it on or off per person

Admin only

Web-clock permission is set per employee by owners/admins.

Open People → (person) → GPS & Time.
Toggle Enable time tracking on desktop.

When it’s off, the person’s My Clock page shows “You must clock in and out using the phone app” instead of the punch buttons — useful for field crews you want on GPS-verified mobile punches only.

Note

Browser punches don’t carry the same GPS quality as phone punches. Klees records them as web-sourced so reports can tell them apart.

Kiosk mode

One tablet at the shop door; everyone punches on it:

Enable kiosk for the location/device (People → person → GPS & Time controls which employees may use it).
Workers pick their name and punch in/out — optionally with a PinShot selfie check to stop buddy punching.

Kiosk suits fixed sites — warehouses, shops, plants — where personal phones are impractical.

Which clock wins?

All three sources write to the same timesheet. A worker clocked in on mobile can’t double-clock on web; Klees keeps one open entry per person, whatever surface it came from.
